Yes. Select services within your membership tier can be used across multiple vehicles. Some services are limited per membership and may have exceptions. Please contact us for full details.
No long-term contract is required. However, memberships have a minimum 3-month commitment before cancellation is permitted.
Yes. All benefits are activated immediately once your membership is confirmed.
Unused services do not roll over. We recommend booking services throughout the year to maximize your membership value.
Yes. Members receive priority scheduling and faster service turnaround compared to non-members.
1:1 support gives you priority access to our team. You can call, text, or send photos and videos of your vehicle, and we’ll help diagnose the issue and provide guidance or a quote whenever possible.
If your vehicle is involved in an approved insurance claim, your deductible may be covered according to your membership tier. Terms and limits apply.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and any eligible credit will be applied toward your new tier.
You have a few options. If your new vehicle qualifies for the same membership tier, we can transfer the membership to the new car. If the new vehicle falls under a different tier, you may choose to upgrade or cancel your membership. You may also cancel outright once you have passed the minimum 3-month commitment period.
