Which vehicles are eligible for each membership tier?

Eligibility is based on vehicle make and model.

  • Essential: Japanese & American vehicles
  • Elite: Japanese, American & select European vehicles
  • VIP: All Vehicles (excluding BMW M & Mercedes-AMG models)

Can I use one membership for multiple vehicles?

Yes. Select services within your membership tier can be used across multiple vehicles. Some services are limited per membership and may have exceptions. Please contact us for full details.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contract is required. However, memberships have a minimum 3-month commitment before cancellation is permitted.

Can I use my benefits immediately after joining?

Yes. All benefits are activated immediately once your membership is confirmed.

What happens if I don’t use all my benefits?

Unused services do not roll over. We recommend booking services throughout the year to maximize your membership value.

Do members receive priority booking?

Yes. Members receive priority scheduling and faster service turnaround compared to non-members.

What is included in 1:1 support?

1:1 support gives you priority access to our team. You can call, text, or send photos and videos of your vehicle, and we’ll help diagnose the issue and provide guidance or a quote whenever possible.

How does insurance deductible coverage work?

If your vehicle is involved in an approved insurance claim, your deductible may be covered according to your membership tier. Terms and limits apply.

Can I upgrade my membership later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and any eligible credit will be applied toward your new tier.

What happens if I sell my car or get a new one?

You have a few options. If your new vehicle qualifies for the same membership tier, we can transfer the membership to the new car. If the new vehicle falls under a different tier, you may choose to upgrade or cancel your membership. You may also cancel outright once you have passed the minimum 3-month commitment period.

We Give Back 

A portion of every membership is donated to Sakeenah Canada, a registered Canadian charity supporting women and children affected by domestic violence, homelessness, and food insecurity.

We go beyond donations through Automotive Education Workshops that equip women and youth with practical vehicle knowledge, helping them understand maintenance, warning signs, and how to respond confidently when it matters most.
